Our Story

TCDetails was built from the ground up by its owner, Tommy, whose passion for cars began long before the business ever had a name. In 2018, Tommy started learning the craft the right way—spending countless hours mastering proper wash techniques, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and true professional detailing. For nearly four years, he focused on education, hands-on experience, and refining his skills to a level that would set him apart.

That dedication paid off when TCDetails officially began in the garage of Tommy’s childhood home. What started as a small operation quickly gained traction. Through consistent results, attention to detail, and genuine care for every vehicle, Tommy built a loyal following and strong connections within the car community.

By fall of 2021, TCDetails moved into its first commercial location—a single-car garage in Great Neck, New York. Growth came fast, and the space was soon outgrown. In 2022, TCDetails expanded into a larger facility in Hicksville, Long Island, allowing the business to take on more vehicles and more complex projects.

In 2024, TCDetails reached a major milestone, moving into a 10+ car facility in West Babylon. This expansion marked a new chapter, working on some of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history, including many Lamborghini Diablos, Porsche 911 Turbos, and numerous vintage Ferraris. TCDetails is now trusted to prep vehicles for concours-level shows, earning awards and recognition for the quality of their work.

At the heart of TCDetails is Tommy’s passion. Every car—whether modern, classic, exotic, or vintage—is treated with the same level of respect and appreciation.
